Super-happy-fun days. Wow! What a concept. Love Dean’s definition of success. What a world we would live in if everyone got how important this is to productivity and creativity. Millions are spent each year by employers trying to get people fired up. All they’d have to do is give super-happy-fun days once or twice a month and it would be FREE with a huge ROI. Great post Jim!
